Liposovit^®-K₂

Liposovit^®-K₂ is liposomal powdered vitamin K₂ in the form of natural, fermentation-derived menaquinone-7 (MK-7). The product responds to the growing interest in effective supplemen- tation of vitamin K₂ as MK-7, resulting from increased awareness of the unique properties of this active substance and its low content in the customary, especially Western, diet.
By encapsulating MK-7 in a hydrophobic phospholipid bilayer of the liposomal carrier, its susceptibility to degradation is reduced, allowing the vitamin to maintain its claimed activity, especially in multi-ingredient dietary supplements.
