Liposovit^®-Fe Taste+

Liposovit^®-Fe Taste+ is liposomal iron (pyrophosphate) in powder form. An evaluation carried out by members of Barts’ R&D Department sensory panel confirmed that the product does not evoke negative taste sensations – including an unpleasant metallic aftertaste – typical of products containing iron.

This is important because the perception of organoleptic charac- teristics of a dietary supplement – its texture, taste and/or smell – is one of the vital distinguishing features determining the continuity of its use by the consumer.
